There are two amazing Hawaii beaches that are close to our hearts on the Big Island, Kikaua Beach and Mauna Kea Beach.

Kikaua Beach is an easy fifteen minute drive from the town area. The entire area is an adventure in paradise. Even the short walk to the beach area will take your breath away.

The lava formation provides a sheltered cove where you can swim and float undisturbed for hours on end. Having a smooth sandy bottom makes this safe and easy to access.

This beach is often used for wedding photography as the lighting is great and the surrounding area has endless beauty.
